In August 1999, Richard M. Langhorne, CRE and staff of the company were engaged for market analysis and economic investigation, to identify possible prospects for tenancy and to evaluate change in use in connection with the Estate of William M. O'Neil located in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The Langhorne Company also provided a written assessment and recommendation for a course of action.
