Since the summer of 1997, Richard Langhorne, CRE and staff of the company have been engaged in a complex counseling assignment in Southern California for Union Development Company involving assets in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, Hawaii and Alaska. The portfolio, valued in excess of $60 million includes Retail, Apartment, Industrial and Hospitality asset classes including self-storage and a resort property.

The assignment includes evaluation and realignment of the operating company functions, assessment of employee and executive strengths and weaknesses, financial modeling hold/sell analyses, refinancing and resolution of stockholder issues in a closely held portfolio.
