Description: This project was to work directly with Northern Trust Bank as Trustee for the Robert E. Cudahy Trust, settlement of debt with 47 creditors, sale of real estate and restructure of secured and unsecured indebtedness, and partnership equities.

Outcome: Successful avoidance of Chapter 11 and workout without court supervised proceedings, 1995
