Description: Small Urban Luxury Townhome Project adjacent to financial district of Miami

Outcome: Project completed and successfully sold out.

TERRARIUM - A small townhouse development located at 1890 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida. Responsibility was to acquire the land improved by a single family residence, create design, secure construction financing, select and negotiate the construction contract, secure end loan financing, complete project and sell all units.

This land was acquired by Langhorne. The project was designed by James Deen, A.I.A. Harrison C.M. was selected as the general contractor. Construction financing was provided by the Royal Trust Bank, and end loan financing was provided by Chase Federal. Fifty percent of the units were sold prior to construction and the balance of the units were sold within 180 days of completion of the project. This project was developed by Langhorne on a fee development basis.
