Description: Valuation, preparation of estimates of short and long term residual equity and determination of repositioning strategy for two older, but very well located, community shopping centers of 196,510 and 221,000 square feet. Assets were involved in complex Post Chapter 11 alleged fraud and Rico litigation, $25 million dollar dispute. Provided basis for and recommended settlement strategy.
Outcome: Recommendation and basis for court approved settlement of litigation approval by Creditors Committee and various counsel for creditors.Length of Involvement: 1995
