Role: Counselor and Advisor as to feasibility, marketability and proper product mix and pricing. 1993.

Description: This project was an acquisition strategy for deed in lieu of foreclosure and evaluation of feasibility, creation of budget for development of a property in Naples, Florida known as "Shamrock", planned to be a single family residential golf course community development. Our client was Laborer's International Pension Fund.

Outcome: Revision of marketing and development strategy by owner/developer. Client agreed to fund our recommended strategy.
