MONROE PARK TOWER, North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida; Partner, Owner in 101 North Monroe Limited. This 200,000 square foot project was developed in Tallahassee, Florida for the anchor tenant, IBM which preleased 50% of the project office space. Responsibilities included site selection, negotiation of anchor tenant lease and other owner and marketing responsibilities through Certificate of Occupancy and six months post Certificate of Occupancy until the project was turned over to the local management office. This was a project of The Allen Morris Company.
