Role: Court appointed expert to negotiate settlement of issues, settlement of real estate and insurance issues in complex Chapter 11 proceeding, 1995.

Description: CASERITA FROZEN FOODS is a frozen food provider forced into Chapter 11 as a result of roof failure catastrophe which destroyed part of the manufacturing plant.

Outcome: Increase of net settlement proceeds to the estate in a 90 day period by $700,000 for a court approved fee of $11,900. Provided monthly financial assistance to debtor and creditors. Responsible for filing of all debtor in possession reports.
