Langhorne, CRE and staff of the company were engaged to provide an estimate of the current market value of the land as the development site for the future Flamingo Condominium Project, validate the most recent appraisal and provide comments on any material changes since said appraisal. The Langhorne Company also provided an estimated value for new equity arising from development work in progress with 5875 Collins Corp. such as fully engineered construction documents, vested interests in any entitlements such as building permits, development approvals for land use or other government approvals
