This case resulted in a successful reorganization of a mixed-use development through a Chapter 11. The Langhorne Company represented the debtor in the valuation and renegotiations of secured debt on a mixed-use development, which included office, retail and residential components. The plan of reorganization was confirmed in the summer of 1996.
